General conditions of sale Casa Miguel


Article 1: Scope of Application

These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions conducted through the websites of the Casa Miguel network. The term "client" refers to any individual or legal entity placing an order with Casa Miguel via our secure payment platform.


Article 1a: Age Limit

Casa Miguel only accepts clients over 18 years old for both physical and digital products, as well as services (coaching, workshops, seminars).


If a minor is found to have placed an order, their access will be revoked, and any payments will be refunded. Any subscriber to our newsletter who does not meet the age requirement will also be removed from our database upon discovery.


Article 2: Orders & Refund Policy

Placing an order on a website owned by Casa Miguel constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions.


Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned.

By completing your purchase, you agree that you waive any right to request a refund or chargeback.

Article 3: Pricing & Taxes

All prices listed on the Casa Miguel website are inclusive of 9% Dutch VAT.

Additional Taxes & Fees:

  • Any extra taxes, customs duties, or transaction fees imposed by the client’s country of residence are not the responsibility of Casa Miguel.
  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify any additional costs related to purchases from their country.

Prices may change at any time, but the price applied to an order will be the one displayed at the time of purchase.


Article 4: Payment & Processing

Payment is required in full at the time of order placement, including for pre-order products.

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
  • PayPal

Payment Processing:

  • All payments are securely processed via Stripe and PayPal.
  • Casa Miguel is not responsible for any security issues, delays, or errors caused by Stripe or PayPal.
  • Once payment is completed, Stripe or PayPal takes over the transaction, and any issues related to the payment process must be handled directly with them.

Note: Casa Miguel does not store or have access to your payment details.


Article 5: Delivery of Digital Products

Delivery is made instantly via email to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure your email address is correct, as Casa Miguel is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.


If you do not receive your digital product within a few minutes of purchase, please:

Check your spam/junk folder.

Article 6: Protection of Personal Data

In accordance with Dutch and EU data protection laws, you have the right to access, modify, or request deletion of your personal data. By purchasing a product from Casa Miguel, you consent to the collection and use of your data for order fulfillment, customer service, and marketing purposes.

You may receive emails with product updates, promotions, or valuable content related to Casa Miguel. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of our emails.


Article 7: Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These general conditions of sale and any transactions arising from them are subject to Dutch law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Dutch courts.
